The Faculty of medicine, University of Pavel Jozef Safarik does offer a preliminary screening of completed subjects from previous studies. It is related with payment, but it helps you to get relevant information whether is is worth applying to the Faculty. All details are below.
CONDITIONS FOR ASSESSMENT OF THE TRANSCRIPT AND PROVISIONAL NON-BINDING ENROLLMENT IN THE YEAR OF STUDY
Provisional assessment of the transcript and the provisional information about the year of enrollment are charged. Provided information about the year of enrollment is non-binding.
Fees for assessment:
Transcript assessment for one year of study – 100 EUR
Transcript assessment for two years of study – 200 EUR
Transcript assessment for three or more years of study – 300 EUR

Required documents (send by e-mail):
- Copy of passport
- Request for recognition of study subjects from previous study – send it as an attached file in Excel form – see the attachment
- Copy of transcript with marks and dates of completion
- Copy of syllabus of completed courses or certified copies
A Donation Agreement will be sent to you after submitting all reguired documents.
After you send the proof of the payment for assessment the process of recognition will start.
Provisional information about the year of enrollment will be sent to you by e-mail.
Final decision about the year of enrollment will be announced only after submitting the originals of the required documents and after passing the entrance examination.
