Entrance exams

Medical universities in Europe organize entrance exams from March until May or June. In exceptional cases (eg. in Slovakia or Poland), students can still write entrance exams in July, August or even September.

Entrance exams have a form of multiple choice test from Biology and Chemistry (sometimes also Physics). Exams are in a multiple-choice format where answers are marked in the answer sheet. After scanning, each student gets a result. Universities state minimum marks for passing and ask students to pay a deposit or the first half of tuition fees. If the payments are not done, the study place is offered to a different candidate.
